REET 2021 Eligibility, Exam Pattern & Syllabus

REET 2021: Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan has released the official notification for Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers or REET 2021, on its official website. As per the notice, the REET 2021 Application Form will be available from 11th January 2021 and will be continued till 08th February 2021. REET 2021 Exam is scheduled to take place on 25th April 2021.

Educational Qualification for REET Level-1 (Class 1 to 5)

▪ Applicants must have passed Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks or appearing in the final year of 2-year diploma in Elementary education.

OR

▪ Candidates have passed Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in elementary education in accordance with the NCTE, Regulation, 2002.

OR

▪ Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.)

OR

▪ Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks or passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

Graduation and Passed or appearing in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name Known).


Educational Qualification REET Level-2 (Class 6th to 8th)

Candidates who have want to participate in the REET Level-2, they can also check REET Level-2 Eligibility Criteria from below given-

▪ Candidates must have graduation passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

▪ Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed Passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)

OR

▪ Candidates must have completed Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed passed or appearing in the final year of 2 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

▪ Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

▪ Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years B.A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A Ed./ B.Sc.Ed.

OR

▪ Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education).

REET Exam Pattern 2021:

• There are no negative markings in REET Exam.
• Level 1 Examination conducted for Teachers of Class I to V.
• Level 2 Examination conducted for Teachers of Class VI to VIII.
• Total no. of Questions / Marks are 150.
• Duration of examination will be 2 Hours and 30 Minutes

How to Apply For REET 2021:

• Open the official website to apply for REET 2021: www.rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
• Read the instruction provided on the official page before applying for an application form.
• Select the link showing REET 2021 and then apply online through that link.
• Enter your details like the personal information asked in the application form.
• Make the necessary payment of the application form.
• Recheck the application form and then submit it before the closing date of the application form.
• Take out a hard copy of the duly filled registration form.
